What if we formed a team of staff, faculty and administrators to tour surrounding campuses to bring back information on what's recently been implemented and is working?
One of the things the college needs to understand is the impact that adding new programs has upon existing programs. If the college adds new Health Science Programs (Nursing, OTA, and etc) they need to increase faculty, labs, and lecture space in biology.
Do we currently collect data on student and faculty satisfaction with classroom facilities? If not, we should.
ReplyDeleteWe also should have a maintenance plan for the institution that is included in the budget and is followed.
