Dynamic growth is forward thinking so it would seem a good measure of our success here would be how quickly we can transition programming into and out of MCC in order to better respond to the changing climate of our community at large. How long do we take for each process of change? How do we adjust in order not to delay these changes and keep moving forward instead of stagnating in a sea of decision layers.
ReplyDeleteWE can create annual matrix of our internal and extermal partners that allow for information exchange (ie. speaking to manuafacuring industry once a year at a special meeting for that group of employers to give them the floor to talk to us with their peers)
