One measure could be revenue dollars from sources other than property taxes, tuition, or state funding
ReplyDeleteAnother measure could be unit cost
Can measure number/amounts of scholarships giving financial aid.
ReplyDeleteCan measure number/amounts of grants received.
I really think we need to look at our own budgets. Are we using what we projected we would use and if not, why not? What did we hope to accomplish that we couldn't or costed more than we projected. Perhaps if we had a budget process that included needs, wants, and high hopes would be helpful.
ReplyDeleteI also think we need to look at what we spend our money on from our budgets and whether we got a good ROI. Employees take training opportunities which supports one of the earlier efforts of quality but does that information get shared? If so, how? Can others in the institution benefit from it and if so, how can that information be shared.
