This one is pretty broad and measuring progress might be challenging unless we define what we mean by engage more clearly. However, overall enrollment in both credit and non-credit programming as well as community driven events would be one way to gage how well we make these options available to all that we serve.
ReplyDeleteThis one seems similar to Quality #5 - how about eliminating one of them?
ReplyDeleteCan this encompass supporting students of color? How about a measure where the target is that the percentage of students of color at MCC at least reflects the percentage of individuals of color in our district?
ReplyDeleteHow about eliminating Quality #5 and modifying this one to say: "Provide services and opportunities to allow students, employees, and the community to engage at MCC."
ReplyDeleteYou can then use CCSSE measures to capture student engagement, attendance figures to measure community engagement, etc.
